Business Progress
I have narrowed down commercial properties to two potential locations for my music school. Now we’re just in negotiations, and I hope to have a lease signed by the end of the month. Which is good, because it’s just in time for the music instruction summer business slump!
For the leery among my potential investors (all two of you), I have some ideas around low-commitment summer activities. Low-commitment means customers can work around their soccer practice / swim meet / Girl Scout camp / family vacation days.
But for now, I’m ramping up for the renovation phase… and then the hiring phase… and then the Grand Opening phase… and, of course, the ever-popular losing-money-for-awhile-until-biz-takes-off phase. I’m shaking with anticipation.
I think that’s anticipation.
